The Trade Map
The brother you should
already be working with
A directory tells you who is here. The Trade Map tells you who you ought to be doing business with, and says why in a sentence. It reads every listing in the hall and draws the line between the man who makes a thing and the man who needs it.

Why it exists
Ninety listings, and nobody reads them all
A brother sat down and hand-mapped hundreds of pairs across the directory to prove the work was worth doing. This is that map, kept alive.
It reads what you wrote
Your own words, in your own listing: what you do, where you are, and where you said you could use a hand.
It proposes the pair
Supply, subcontract, service, channel, referral, co-marketing. Each one comes with the reason it was drawn, in plain English.
You take it from there
Mark a connection introduced, talking, closed, or not a fit. It runs again every week and only surfaces what is still open.
Cornerstone Builders → Timber & Stone Millwork
He builds custom homes forty minutes from a brother who mills his own trim. That is a standing order, not a one-off.
Not a lead list
The obvious ones, and the ones you would never have guessed
Any list can tell a builder to call a lumberyard. The pairs worth having are the quiet ones: two men in the same town selling to the same customer at different moments, or a maker forty minutes from the only brother who can ship what he makes.
- Ranked by how much an introduction is actually worth.
- Scoped by distance, so a local job stays local.
- Deliberately quiet: no pairing every man with every bookkeeper.
- A weekly note when a new connection is drawn for you.
Fed by your listing
The better your listing reads, the better the map works
A one-line listing gets one-line matches. So the hall will help you write a fuller one.
We read your website
Point us at your site and we will draft a fuller description of what you do, and where you could use a hand.
You approve every word
Nothing goes on your listing until you say so. Edit it, or throw it out. No man gets words put in his mouth about his own business.
The map picks it up
A fuller listing feeds straight back into the matcher, and the connections drawn for you get sharper the same week.
And when it lands
A connection that turns into work gets counted
When two brothers strike a deal, either one can log it and the other confirms the figure. Confirmed work closes the connection on the map and is credited to both of their boroughs.
- Both men have to agree before a dollar is counted.
- Pro bono counts too. Not every good turn has an invoice.
- Borough scoreboards show which chapters are actually trading.
