Terms of Condition

These Terms of Condition (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RWCBM, including the website at rwcbm.com and the RWCBM mobile apps (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RWCBM is a private network for Christian business owners. To become a member you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Create an account and verify your email address.
• Provide accurate information about yourself and your business.
• Conduct yourself in keeping with the faith and values of the brotherhood.

Membership is a privilege, not a right. We may decline, suspend, or revoke membership at our discretion, including where conduct is inconsistent with these Terms or the character of the hall.

Access to the Service may require recurring membership dues, and certain features may carry their own fees. Current pricing, billing intervals, and any trial period are shown at checkout before you are charged. Dues are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. We may change pricing on reasonable notice.

You agree to use the Service honestly and honorably. You will not:

• Harass, defame, threaten, or defraud another member.
• Post unlawful, deceptive, obscene, or hateful content.
• Misrepresent yourself, your business, or your offers.
• Use the network to spam, scrape, or harvest member information.
• Share members-only content, contacts, or deals outside the hall.
• Attempt to breach, disrupt, or probe the Service or its security.

Members keep what is shared inside the hall inside the hall. Breaking that trust is grounds for removal.

You retain ownership of the content you post, your business listings, posts, requests, deals, messages, and media. By posting, you grant RWCBM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service to the audience you select, solely to operate and improve the network.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe harms the brotherhood.

RWCBM connects members; it is not a party to the business you do with one another. Listings, requests, opportunities, and Give Back deals are offered by members, not by RWCBM. You are responsible for your own agreements, transactions, pricing, taxes, licensing, and honoring any deal you publish. RWCBM does not guarantee any member, business, deal, or outcome, and does not endorse any listing by its presence in the directory.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you consent to those practices.

You may close your account at any time by emailing Support@RWCBM.com from the address on file. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, for conduct unbecoming of the hall, or to protect the network and its members. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any member or deal will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RWCBM and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with other members. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced inside the Service and dated at the top of this page. Your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RWCBM is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
